California's Top Athletic Program, Long Beach Poly?

Long Beach Poly is considered by some the state's top athletic program of the past century.  The California Coaches Association officially gave Poly the title "School of the Century", see the mural on the photo below.

Gwynn Field is the baseball field at Long Beach Poly.  Tony Gwynn, Poly class of 1977 was more highly recruited for basketball than baseball.

Consideration:  all-round excellence from 1995-2005, state titles and college athletes produced

California schools are at a clear disadvantage because many sports in California do not have state playoffs/championships unlike other states.

There are no San Diego high schools on the list but Torrey Pines and Cathedral Catholic would be the front runners along with La Costa Canyon and Poway.
