1987-88: State championships expand from 3 to 5 divisions.
1987-88: First year for divisional play (I, II, III, IV, V).
1992-93: First year for the 3-point basket.

In 2008 Army-Navy played at Parker with two Hall of Champions’ Coaching Legends facing each other, Jim Tomey (Parker) and John Maffucci (Army-Navy). This was the first time in any sport that two Coaching Legends have faced each other. Normally, coaches are selected as Coaching Legends upon retirement but John Maffucci came out of retirement to be the head coach of Army-Navy and Jim Tomey returned to prep coaching after being an assistant and head coach at San Diego State. Army-Navy defeated Parker in the non-league contest.
